These terms cover use of the Creative Creektee website and orders for stickers, magnets, clothing, and custom design. They are the shop rules. They are not a substitute for advice on your own situation.

Orders

A listing shows the product, the SKU options, and the price before tax. Adding something to the cart does not by itself create an order. An order is created when you submit checkout and we show you an order number.

We may decline or cancel an order if a SKU is no longer available, the details are incomplete, or we cannot make what was requested. If we cancel, we will say so by email and the order will not be charged.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change before an order is placed. GST and PST, when they apply, are added at checkout from the rates set in the shop. Shipping, if a flat rate is set, is shown before you place the order.

Payment

Card payment is coming soon. Placing an order does not charge a card. We will contact the email on the order before any payment is collected. An order stays awaiting payment until it is marked paid or cancelled in the dashboard.

Custom work

A custom design session is made to order. You confirm that you have the right to use any names, marks, or artwork you send us. Until the order is paid, the working design stays with Creative Creektee. When the order is paid, you may use the final design for the products that were ordered. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Colour and production

Screens and print are not the same. Small shifts in colour, and the usual variation in vinyl, magnets, and garments, are part of production. If something arrives damaged or clearly wrong, email us with the order number and we will sort out a replacement or a cancellation.

The website

The site, the product photos we make, and our own marks belong to Creative Creektee. You may not copy the shop or its catalog for your own store. Product descriptions are there to help you order, and a listing can change as stock and cost change.

Liability

The shop is provided with ordinary care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our responsibility for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
