Privacy
This policy explains what Creative Creektee collects when you browse the shop or place an order, and how we use it. The public contact for privacy questions is info@ctkos.com.
Who we are
Creative Creektee operates this website to sell stickers, magnets, clothing, and custom design. We are in Canada. If you email us about your information, use the address above.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone if you add one, and delivery address
- The products, SKUs, and notes on your order
- A cart cookie and a session cookie so the cart and the staff dashboard stay signed in on your device
- Staff account names and email addresses for people who can sign in to the dashboard
We do not ask you to create a customer account. We do not run advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
We use order details to prepare the order, work out taxes, keep inventory and accounting records, and contact you when payment is available. Staff accounts exist so the shop can be managed. Session cookies exist so the cart and dashboard work.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept as business records. Cart data stays with the cart cookie, which expires after 45 days of not being renewed. You can ask us to correct contact details on an order by email.
Who we share it with
The site is hosted so the shop can run. We do not sell personal information. When card payment opens, the payment provider will receive what it needs to take payment, and we will say so here before that starts. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can browse without placing an order. If you want a copy of the details on an order, or you want a correction, email info@ctkos.com. You can also clear cookies in your browser; the cart will forget itself.
